Annmarie Boulay, a graduate from St. John’s School of Business, held various directorship positions in the Northeast and New England regions in her early career with an expertise in 3rd party insurance. Annmarie responded to God’s call in 2002 when she began regional bible studies in Western Massachusetts. In 2004 she went onto establishing a women’s outreach called Women of Worth, and in 2005 she accepted a staff position with Wintonbury Church in Bloomfield, CT. Her passion is seeing women excel in their God-given spiritual gifting and move into positions of leadership to foster deeper faith within communities. As the Director Women’s Ministries, Annmarie works alongside of a gifted leadership team that provides women with retreats, teaching, and a pathway to discipleship.
In addition to her ministries at Wintonbury, Annmarie is the Founder of the Underground New England (UGNE) and established UGNE as a non-profit, serving as the Executive Director from 2012-2023. Under Annmarie’s leadership UGNE was the first Christ-centered, faith-based initiative in NE that sought to bridge churches to the anti-trafficking movement in order to fight against the injustices of human trafficking in the region. She fostered relationships with hundreds of churches throughout New England and oversaw many volunteers who provided resources to the most vulnerable.
Her greatest love is her sweet family; all presiding in Massachusetts and she recently celebrated 31 years of marriage with her husband, Brian. She loves spending time with her daughter, Teresa and her husband Matt, but best of all is the gift of her grandson Aiden. It’s a beautiful life and a full one!
Annmarie believes in the power of the collective voice in eradicating trafficking in all of its forms, and unifying stakeholders so that justice prevails at the highest level of change.
