As former CEO of the National Center on Sexual Exploitation, she led over 400% organizational growth and built a global, multi-sector coalition that secured major reforms with companies including Google, Apple, Meta, Amazon, and Visa, advised lawmakers, and advanced landmark legislation such as the Take It Down Act.
Dawn is now founder of Protect Privacy AI, developing AI-driven solutions to detect and prevent image-based sexual abuse and other forms of digital exploitation.
