Elizabeth Scaife is a speaker, consultant, and trainer with 25 years of leadership experience spanning cross‑cultural project management, strategic development, operations, and event and training design—including 18 years of specialized expertise in the anti‑trafficking field.
Her career began in international education, outreach, and humanitarian aid, coordinating and managing projects in thirteen countries. She later spent two years in post‑Katrina New Orleans launching and managing a disaster‑relief program that contributed to the rebuilding of over 100 homes.
After encountering commercial sexual exploitation during her international service, Elizabeth shifted her career toward anti‑trafficking efforts, focusing on awareness, advocacy, and training. Since then, she has delivered more than 175 customized trainings to over 7,000 professionals nationwide on identifying and responding to trafficking, strategic planning, and organizational sustainability. She has designed and executed 31 state and national conferences, including the nationally recognized JuST Conference, and has authored a range of training resources—from guides and video series to e‑learning courses—tailored for multidisciplinary audiences.
Elizabeth served on the Northern Virginia and D.C. Human Trafficking Task Forces from 2009–2018 and has worked undercover with investigative teams to document sex trafficking in the United States. Her work has been featured on “Our America with Lisa Ling” and “Gangsters: America’s Most Evil.” She also collaborated with Trinity Broadcast Network to produce a documentary on sex trafficking, providing ongoing consultation on script development and subject‑matter expert engagement.
Her international portfolio includes securing funding and developing prevention and restoration programs in 20 countries, with an emphasis on capacity‑building and strategic support. She has also contributed technical expertise to an international development initiative in Bangladesh focused on gender equality and supply‑chain transparency in trade facilitation.
Elizabeth is known for her collaborative approach and her ability to bring together stakeholders across sectors to strengthen systems, support survivors, and mobilize grassroots efforts. After a decade in senior leadership roles, she founded FYN Global, where she now provides coaching, consulting, and technical assistance to mission‑driven organizations. With a focus on organizational development and long‑term sustainability, she has facilitated strategic planning processes for 14 organizations and designed and hosted the Greater Rockies Immersive Training (GRIT) Conference since 2022, a new annual event dedicated to high‑impact learning and connection.
A respected national leader, Elizabeth is recognized for her dynamic training style, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to survivor‑centered, trauma‑informed work. She brings creativity, clarity, and a solutions‑oriented mindset to every project—empowering teams, strengthening systems, and advancing efforts to prevent exploitation and support survivors nationwide.
