Larry Mack is a seasoned engagement specialist and advocate with over 12 years of experience building sustainable relationships between organizations and the diverse populations they serve. As an Outreach Pastor he has implemented high-impact strategies, such as operating an ongoing food and clothing pantry, facilitating weekly showers and meals for communities experiencing homelessness, and leading hundreds of volunteers in community outreach efforts.  

As the manager of Community Partnerships at LifeBridge Health, Larry managed relationships between LifeBridge Health and community stakeholders across five hospital campuses, while successfully building an employee volunteerism system to deepen the organization’s local impact. His extensive background in strategic planning and program management culminates in his efforts as the founding Executive Director and President of All Together In Common, w here he helps organizations develop effective and substantive social impact strategies.  

Outside of his social impact work, Larry is a husband, father, and entrepreneur. He has two sons, loves playing golf, and is a professional musician.
