Terri Neville is a licensed attorney and experienced coalition builder with over a decade of leadership at the intersection of social justice, anti-trafficking, and cross-sector collaboration. Her work focuses on helping complex, multi-agency initiatives move from fragmented efforts to coordinated systems that produce meaningful, measurable outcomes.
Terri has extensive experience working across nonprofit, government, law enforcement, and community environments, where she is known for her ability to build trust, facilitate alignment, and support collaboration without disrupting necessary authority structures. Her approach is both strategic and practical—bridging high-level systems thinking with real-world implementation.
She was recently selected as a finalist for a statewide liaison role supporting Tennessee’s anti-trafficking response, engaging with executive leadership, regional stakeholders, and law enforcement partners.
Terri brings a trauma-informed, survivor-centered lens to all of her work and is particularly passionate about strengthening systems that serve vulnerable populations through coordinated, sustainable efforts.
